Most of our clearance range consists of brand new, full quality products that are end of line, overstock, or being cleared to make room for updated ranges. Some items may be ex display (previously on show in our Smithfield showroom) and a smaller number may be factory seconds with minor cosmetic imperfections. Every clearance listing clearly describes the condition of the item and the reason for the reduced price, so you always know exactly what you are purchasing.

Clearance and factory seconds items are sold on a no return, no exchange basis for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with colour, size, style, or the disclosed condition of factory seconds. If a clearance item has a defect that was not described on the product listing, please contact us within seven working days and we will assess your claim in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Trade and the Australian Consumer Law.
